UK delivery is free on all orders. Once we send your order, it usually takes 3-4 working days to arrive.
We’ll let you know when our studio starts work on your garment and again when we’ve sent it on its way to you.
All of our packaging is plastic free. Our boxes are made from 100% recycled paper and are recyclable. We wrap our boxes in a waterproof outer packaging to protect your garment. These are biodegradable (or compostable at home).
We offer free UK returns on all purchases within 14 days of receipt. If you would like to return your item, please email us and we'll send over a pre-paid returns label to attach to your parcel. We'll refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your return.
We'd love you to use our free Test The Fabric service to make sure you like the look and feel of the fabric of your garment before you order.
Until your garment enters our studio to be cut and constructed you will still be able to cancel or make any changes to your order by contacting us.
