Information on our Website

We do our best to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, if we do make a mistake we’ll try to resolve it as soon as possible. If there is any issue with your order we’ll contact you directly to resolve it.

When browsing our website the colours of products may vary depending on your display settings. We highly recommend using our free Test The Fabric service to accurately assess colour.


Accepting Your Order

We accept your order when it enters our studio to be cut and constructed. This represents the moment when a contract of sale is made. Before this time you are still able to cancel or make changes to your order and we are not committed to providing the products requested.

We will let you know by email when your garment enters our studio and a contract of sale is made.


Payment

You can pay with all major credit and debit cards.

We will take payment from your card at the time you place your order. Taking payment does not mean we have accepted your order and if for any reason we are unable to accept your order we will provide you with a full refund within 14 days.


Delivery

More details on the delivery process are provided in the Delivery Info section of the website.

Delivery is restricted to the UK.

Delivery times are calculated around working days (Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays) and refer to the time from which you place your order.

Delivery times represent the level of service we endeavour to achieve for all orders. We are not able to guarantee to deliver products at a particular time on a particular date. On occasion either ourselves or the courier company may incur internal delays.

Where an order cannot immediately be fulfilled we will contact you directly to establish how you would like us to manage your order.


Returns

We check all of our garments before they leave the studio in order to minimise faults. We encourage you to check your garment on arrival. If it is faulty or has become damaged please let us know and we will offer a full refund in accordance with UK law. When you return an item, please use proof of postage. We will refund both your purchase and postage within 14 days of receiving your return.

Alternatively, we’re happy to resolve the problem for you so you can still enjoy the product.

As your garment is made specifically for you according to your measurements, we are not able to offer returns or refunds on garments which are not faulty or damaged. We highly recommend using our free Test The Fabric service before making your order in order to accurately assess the fabric.
